• Serve as principal-in-charge on roadway, corridor, and multimodal projects
• oversee design quality, budgets, schedules, and technical delivery
• lead client engagement, including with TDOT and municipalities
• support pursuits and proposals
• mentor staff and contribute to staffing and hiring
• represent the firm in the regional transportation market.
