What you'll do

• Manage front office and food and beverage operations
• serve as manager on duty when the General Manager is absent
• support guest service and resolve issues
• ensure food safety, alcohol-control, and brand standards
• recruit, hire, train, and schedule associates
• assist with revenue management, sales leads, and group or event execution
• oversee cash handling, accounts receivable, and billing
• oversee housekeeping and maintenance as needed or directed.
