What you'll do

• distribute upcoming-business communications
• coordinate service staff and conference services room setups
• hire, train, and schedule catering associates
• support associate development
• contribute to menu development and marketing
• oversee event planning, delivery, setup, cleanup, and invoicing
• monitor budgets and financial targets
• maintain client and vendor relationships
• ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
