It provides technical oversight, supports certification and commissioning, and maintains vessel systems so assigned vessels can operate reliably and meet applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead assigned vessels through class certification
• support testing, trials, and commissioning
• oversee maintenance, dry dockings, projects, subcontractors, and engineering work
• develop cost estimates and schedules
• ensure readiness of propulsion, machinery, electrical, hydraulic, steering, piping, and related systems
• comply with quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• supervise fluid loading and maintain transfer certificates
• perform machinery repairs within scope and complete daily engine logs.
