What you'll do

• Build relationships with local merchants
• visit restaurants and other businesses
• manage field launch activities from readiness through activation-day support and follow-up
• lead onboarding and training sessions
• explore workshops, events, office hours, and other engagement opportunities
• partner with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams
• gather merchant feedback and identify operational challenges
• monitor adoption and engagement
• develop repeatable playbooks, training materials, and community engagement strategies.
