What you'll do

• Perform advanced assembly, testing, or machine operation
• provide daily direction and technical guidance to production staff
• train and mentor employees on processes, equipment, safety, and quality
• coordinate workflow and production schedules
• verify travelers, work instructions, documentation, and material availability
• conduct and document in-process quality checks
• escalate process or equipment issues
• support continuous improvement
• and communicate priorities and updates to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
