What you'll do

• Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations
• lead, train, and coach warehouse personnel
• inspect incoming and outgoing shipments
• collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams
• maintain shipment, inventory, and discrepancy records in warehouse systems
• promote OSHA and company safety compliance
• coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors
• identify process improvements.
