What you'll do

• Greet customers in person and by phone
• identify equipment and supply needs
• prepare rental agreements, sales quotes, and invoices
• quote rental rates, sale prices, and delivery charges
• follow up on open quotes and rental returns
• answer basic questions about excavators, aerial lifts, compaction, and attachments
• maintain the showroom, counter, and product displays
• support other branch functions as needed.
