What you'll do

• Manage daily maintenance and facility operations
• develop and execute preventive maintenance
• supervise, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and, where applicable, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation teams
• oversee building systems and vendors
• manage budgets and capital projects
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• monitor regulatory compliance
• participate in safety and disaster-preparedness planning
• respond to after-hours emergencies and provide on-call support.

Why this role
