Guest Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in guests
• provide tours and welcome gifts to new guests
• offer beverages and available add-on services
• make confirmation and follow-up calls
• check out guests, process retail sales, and schedule future appointments
• answer calls and match guests with artists or therapists
• maintain guest data discreetly
• reschedule appointments and block artist time
• stock and clean retail and shared areas
• handle cash and bank deposits
• build product knowledge and maintain professional conduct.
