What you'll do

• Review resumes
• screen candidates and schedule interviews
• source and engage candidates through job boards, networking sites, databases, social media, calls, texts, and email
• manage candidates in the applicant tracking system
• partner with hiring managers on intake and recruitment strategy
• gather feedback and assist with offers
• support recruitment marketing
• maintain client relationships
• report on recruiting activity
• participate in team and process-improvement meetings.
