What you'll do

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and vendors
• answer and route phone calls
• schedule appointments
• complete patient registration and update demographic and insurance information
• obtain consent forms
• verify insurance and copay information
• collect applicable payments
• manage assigned work queues
• assist with revenue-cycle questions and billing notices
• distribute internal communications
• work with interpreters as needed
• support staffing at the Grand Forks and Larimore clinic locations.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service or healthcare experience, basic Windows and Office knowledge, and ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
