What you'll do

• Monitor and control building access
• maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records
• prevent loitering and theft
• respond to alarms and distress calls
• report disturbances through the authority’s dispatcher
• patrol parking areas, community rooms, exits, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms
• complete security, incident, visitor, and vehicle logs.

Why this role
