Production Associate, Day or Night Shift

The Production Associate role is onsite at one of the listed locations in Pennsboro, Ellenboro, or Harrisville, WV. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for nights. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products for residential and low-rise non-residential buildings. The role fabricates and assembles component parts for window units across production departments. Operators use tools and equipment, move units and carts, support production planning, and perform quality and safety tasks to help produce finished windows.

What you'll do

• Use hand tools to assemble window units
• lift windows onto build tables and roller racks
• move carts through production areas
• operate saws, fabrication dies, and stretch-wrapping equipment
• apply hardware using appropriate tooling
• use production reports to support planning
• perform quality audits and participate in problem solving
• follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines and wear required PPE
• cross-rotate and assist with training as needed.
