Change Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Apply ServiceNow Change Management expertise
• support CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance
• work with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationships
• use ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting
• integrate with Incident and Problem Management
• support DevOps and CI/CD change management and automation
• assess risk and impact
• produce change-related KPI reporting and audit-ready records.
