What you'll do
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
- clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and floors
- wash and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- receive, store, and rotate food inventory and supplies
- support line cooks and kitchen leads during busy service
- follow food safety and health standards
- assist with kitchen setup and breakdown.
