• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across property-based and corporate vacancies throughout the United States
• manage concurrent requisitions
• partner with hiring managers on priorities and recruitment strategies
• source and market-map for hard-to-fill roles
• build talent pipelines
• use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance
• support timely hiring decisions and a strong candidate experience.
