What you'll do

  • Provide customer service while following site-specific security procedures
  • conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, roadways, and perimeter areas
  • monitor access and verify credentials as directed
  • report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity
  • respond calmly to incidents, alarms, traffic concerns, and critical situations
  • notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as required
  • prepare activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
