What you'll do

• Scrape and pre-clean dishes
• operate dishwashing machinery
• hand-wash pots, pans, and cookware
• sweep and mop floors
• clean kitchen equipment and surfaces
• perform scheduled deep cleaning
• organize supplies and equipment
• restock kitchen supplies
• empty trash bins
• support the Back Aisle position or other kitchen roles as needed
• operate silver de-tarnishing equipment under management guidance.
