The role supports Congressional Country Club’s Golf Operations team and its championship golf program. This position helps deliver a strong golf experience for Members and guests while developing operational and leadership capability. It supports tournaments and golf programs, provides instruction, contributes to Golf Shop operations and financial tracking, and helps lead and develop the Golf Operations team.

What you'll do

• Lead and support tournaments, outings, and special golf events
• build Member relationships
• support Junior, Ladies’, and Men’s golf programs
• provide individual and group instruction
• contribute to Golf Shop retail, buying, merchandising, and inventory
• assist with budgeting, accounting, inventories, and financial tracking
• partner with other departments
• help lead daily Golf Operations and staff scheduling
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members
• support payroll and financial reporting
• mentor interns, apprentices, and developing golf professionals
• participate in major championship preparation and execution.
