Memory Care Aide — Evening Shift

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, meals, hygiene, transfers, and care of personal devices
• assist with telephone calls, light housekeeping, laundry, escorts, transportation coordination, and mail
• cue residents in self-administration of medications
• observe and report changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional status
• conduct room checks and resident rounds
• document incidents and resident-related events
• assist with dining and resident-centered activities
• follow confidentiality policies and maintain required certifications.
