What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain kitchen and dish-room cleanliness and organization
• assist with trash removal and recycling
• follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards
• support kitchen cleanup and closing duties
• help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
