What you'll do

• Review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• manage redlines and contract lifecycle through signature
• advise Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product on commercial decisions and risk
• review data processing, security, and privacy terms
• maintain templates and negotiation playbooks
• manage outside counsel engagements
• establish contract intake, tracking, and storage processes.
