What you'll do

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• support or manage closings
• and work on matters that may include secured lending, Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law.
