Inventory Management Associate, Parts

The Inventory Management Associate, Parts role is onsite in Plano, TX. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports Tao Motor’s Parts department by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts and materials are available for operational needs. The associate tracks stock from receipt through storage and replenishment, resolves discrepancies, and maintains transaction documentation. This work helps purchasing, receiving, production, and other departments access parts efficiently and reliably.

What you'll do

• Monitor inventory and reconcile physical counts with system records
• perform cycle counts and scheduled full inventory audits
• receive, label, and store incoming parts and supplies
• update inventory systems with stock movements
• collaborate with the Parts Manager on demand forecasts and reorder points
• identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend disposition strategies
• maintain transaction documentation and traceability
• keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant
• assist with reporting and KPI tracking
• respond to cross-departmental parts and materials requests.
