Construction Manager — Water and Wastewater Projects

What you'll do

• Manage construction management assignments and projects through construction and commissioning
• review contract documents, specifications, and drawings
• assist with RFIs and shop-drawing reviews
• coordinate communication among contractors, design engineers, facility managers, and owners
• inspect contractor operations for compliance
• review schedules, pay estimates, and change orders
• manage project documentation
• interface with clients
• supervise construction observers and mentor staff.
