Commercial Maintenance Technician III

What you'll do

• Complete recurring repairs, work orders, and scheduled preventive maintenance with minimal supervision
• diagnose and repair common facility issues
• maintain work records
• perform general carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing repairs
• troubleshoot irrigation and maintain grounds and outdoor fixtures
• follow safety procedures
• maintain tools and equipment
• coordinate coverage with maintenance staff
• respond to urgent issues within training and escalate emergencies
• occasionally guide entry-level staff.
