What you'll do

• Develop project estimates and budgets
• estimate unit quantities and price project work
• solicit vendor and subcontractor proposals
• review plans and clarify scope
• compare proposal scope and pricing
• negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders
• prepare monthly construction draw requests
• complete material and labor takeoffs
• analyze unit costs
• assist with feasibility, value engineering, bidding, contracting, and bid packages
• maintain historical and unit-cost databases.
