The Retail Center Shift Supervisor - Monaco Store role is onsite in Denver, CO, with shifts that may start as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 10 p.m.; the store operates Monday through Sunday. What you'll do

• Monitor the retail center and address safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics
• manage breaks and redirect teams to cover call-offs
• coach employees and provide input to reviews and terminations
• assist with opening and closing
• verify daily sales paperwork, count drawers, and make change
• assist with inventory
• coordinate customer service activities and respond to complaints
• serve as a contact for donation turn-downs
• cross-train and support store procedures, e-commerce processing, and movement of donated products.
