What you'll do
- Identify customer and prospect requirements
- process quotes, orders, back-orders, RMAs, deviations, forecasts, EDI, and other account requests
- build and maintain account relationships
- maintain CRM reporting
- collaborate with engineering and materials on proposals
- interpret hose specifications, drawings, ratings, dimensions, and application requirements.
