What you'll do

• Perform general building repairs and maintenance
• paint and complete touch-ups
• handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance
• repair equipment and assemble furniture
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• assist with snow removal and seasonal outdoor work
• operate tools safely
• estimate repair materials and time
• follow safety and hazardous-material guidelines
• respond courteously to maintenance requests.
