What you'll do

• Provide regular clinical supervision
• ensure appropriate documentation, treatment planning, diagnoses, and clinical standards
• monitor clinician caseloads and scheduling
• track development and professional growth
• conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• intervene when clinical issues exceed a therapist’s scope
• collaborate with the Clinical Director
• support practice-building and marketing
• maintain an approximately 25-client weekly caseload
• provide trauma-informed, relational, identity-affirming, and integrative psychotherapy
• complete timely documentation.
