The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Vincennes, IN, with day and evening availability noted. Pay is $19–$25 per hour for direct service. Supportive Community Innovations provides ABA therapy, behavioral support, recreational therapy, and related services for people with autism, developmental differences, and behavioral or mental health concerns. The technician delivers individual and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, implements treatment plans, records session data, and communicates progress and challenges to caregivers and the care team. The role supports children in working toward developmental and behavioral goals across home, community, and outpatient settings.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
• deliver therapy in homes, community settings, and outpatient offices
• collect accurate data using digital tools
• implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and behavior strategies
• communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and the team
• collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapy and mental health providers
• attend supervision, team meetings, and training
• achieve and maintain RBT certification.
