Residential Manager

The Residential Manager role is onsite in Groveland, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $58,000–$60,000 per year. Bridgewell provides social and human services, including community housing and support for people with disabilities and other life challenges. The manager oversees the quality of care and daily operations of a residential home, including staffing, staff development, budgets, and residents’ medical and clinical needs. The role coordinates with clinical, nursing, family, and service-provider teams to support safe, self-directed, and productive lives for people served.

What you'll do

• Ensure care, treatment-plan, documentation, and accreditation standards are met
• coordinate staffing, schedules, hiring, and relief coverage
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• maintain required certifications and training
• complete administrative, finance, payroll, quality, and health-record duties
• provide rotating on-call coverage
• collaborate with clinical and nursing teams, families, and service providers
• manage program budgets and resident financial-support needs
• provide direct care as needed
• coordinate outings and meetings
• manage program technology, vehicles, confidentiality, and safety.
