Principal Compensation Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead compensation consulting projects from strategy through implementation
• direct and review project analyses
• develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs
• advise senior leaders on pay strategy, market competitiveness, job architecture, and program design
• analyze market and workforce data
• present recommendations to executives
• coach junior consultants
• manage client relationships
• support business development and proposals.
