Verland is hiring Exceptional People to provide Compassionate Care as a Residential Manager-IDD for our Residential locations - CLA division. A Residential Manager is primarily responsible for training, scheduling, assigning, and monitoring direct care workers based on the needs of the residents & maintaining high care and compliance standards within their assigned home(s). This is a 24/7 on-call
