What you'll do

• Lead commercial conversations from midyear review through contract close
• manage the 12-month customer lifecycle
• maintain pipeline coverage at a minimum of three times quota
• identify renewal risks and mitigation strategies
• negotiate and close renewals and expansions
• partner with Customer Success on kickoff and executive business reviews
• maintain a 30-day engagement rhythm
• coordinate with overlay and new-business sales teams
• maintain accurate CRM records and use reporting and playbooks to prioritize work.
