Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• maintain units through painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning
• assist with supply orders
• perform preventive maintenance such as replacing air-conditioning filters, cleaning coils, and flushing water heaters
• clean buildings and windows, remove trash, maintain grounds, and repair plumbing, electrical, wood, parking-lot, and sidewalk features as needed.
