What you'll do
- Support onboarding and maintenance of business and commercial online banking customers
- assist ACH and wire originators with setup, limits, roles, workflows, and issue resolution
- support Remote Deposit Capture setup and troubleshooting
- coordinate with commercial bankers and internal teams
- review documentation
- monitor and escalate risk indicators
- assist with system testing and enhancements
- maintain audit records and procedures.
