What you'll do

• Coach clients in budgeting, money management, meal planning, housekeeping, laundry, and time management
• support educational, employment, and vocational goals
• help clients access community resources
• provide guidance, accountability, and supervision while promoting independence
• participate in treatment team meetings and facilitate individual and group skill-building activities
• respond to emergencies and crises and use Safe Crisis Management techniques as required
• transport clients to work, school, appointments, and approved activities
• document client progress, incidents, and program activities
• support apartment safety, cleanliness, and maintenance expectations.

Why this role

PRN third-shift role; varied shifts may be assigned across a 24/7 schedule. Holidays, weekends, overtime, and rotating on-call responsibilities may be required. High school diploma or GED required; SCM, CPR, and First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire; valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; must be at least 21.
