What you'll do

• Lead and supervise field crews on structured cabling and security installations
• plan materials, crew assignments, and site logistics
• build out telecom and data rooms
• install, terminate, and test copper, fiber, and coax cabling
• maintain and troubleshoot cable infrastructure
• perform cable certification testing
• read blueprints and project specifications
• coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• maintain quality, code compliance, and jobsite safety
• train junior technicians.
