What you'll do

• Support patient interactions and in-office experience
• assist with intake, same-day schedule management, follow-up scheduling, billing and insurance questions, patient feedback, and outreach
• perform check-in and check-out, insurance verification, paperwork, and test preparation
• participate in team huddles and problem-solving
• use the organization’s technology suite and electronic medical record
• perform opening and closing duties, restock supplies, and maintain office spaces.
