• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles
• forecast hiring needs with leadership
• build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines
• enhance employer branding and candidate experience
• manage external recruiter and staffing agency relationships
• design training, leadership development, and succession planning programs
• identify skill gaps with managers
• assess organizational needs and recommend culture, engagement, and retention strategies
• and measure and refine talent and organizational development initiatives.
