What you'll do

• Complete initial and admission assessments and reassess residents as needed
• implement and review service agreements and service plans
• maintain resident charts and clinical progress notes
• communicate changes in resident needs or conditions to physicians and other personnel
• coordinate resident services
• ensure physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours
• monitor medication procedures and records
• conduct supervisory visits
• support staff health and medication training
• supervise medication practices and medical equipment
• assist with policies and procedures
• attend monthly staff meetings
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to clinical concerns and emergencies.
