Desktop Support Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop desktop support staff
• manage priorities and workflow
• participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• serve as an escalation point. Manage hardware, software, operating systems, workstation setup, deployments, user access, inventories, and asset records. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services
• maintain monitoring, backups, recovery, patching, and documentation. Manage technology vendors and support budgeting, purchasing, and technology planning.
