The Plant Manager – Warehouse and Logistics role is onsite in Bridgeton, MO, with a base salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year and eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary. The role leads PLA Family of Companies’ reverse-logistics warehouse and pallet repair operation supporting Walmart reverse logistics. The manager is accountable for safety, production, quality, inventory accuracy, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development. The role drives consistent execution and measurable improvements across a high-volume facility and its operational teams.

What you'll do

• Lead daily warehouse, reverse-logistics, and pallet repair operations
• oversee returns, sorting, pallet repair, storage, shipping, and receiving
• provide hands-on floor leadership
• coach and develop supervisors and employees
• set production goals and operating procedures
• manage schedules, staffing, and labor allocation
• monitor quality, inventory, and shipping
• oversee budgets and cost control
• analyze performance and implement improvements
• coordinate maintenance
• enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance
• maintain customer relationships
• monitor KPIs
• conduct operational audits
• recruit and retain employees
• and report performance to senior leadership.
