Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Aide — Bilingual Spanish/English

The Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Aide role is onsite in clients’ homes in Durham, North Carolina. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh provides personalized home care intended to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home. The aide provides companion and personal care according to each client’s plan of care, documents services and attendance, and promptly communicates changes or concerns. The role also supports safe environments, emergency response, equipment use, and client transportation as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide companion and personal care in clients’ homes
• follow care plans
• document care, time, and attendance
• report client changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing
• maintain a safe environment and follow agency procedures
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• use caregiving equipment, including Hoyer lifts, safely
• submit availability at least two weeks in advance
• assist with client transportation as needed.
