What you'll do

• Direct nursing assistants’ day-to-day functions
• plan shift services with assigned staff
• prepare reports and recommendations
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• complete resident records and charting
• receive and transcribe physician orders
• administer prescribed medications
• provide nursing procedures and IV site care as needed
• monitor staff compliance with safety practices
• maintain resident confidentiality.
