Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Las Vegas, NM, with services in homes, schools, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Compensation is $20–$29 per hour. Total Care ABA supports children with autism and their families through individualized services and clinician development. The RBT implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, collects client data, and supports communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The role contributes to meaningful progress by working one-on-one with children and collaborating with families and clinical colleagues.
