Identity Architect

The architect will guide enterprise identity architecture across authentication, governance, privileged access, secrets management, identity security, and multi-cloud identity. The role exists to bring identity and access management capabilities into a cohesive operating model that enables business needs while improving security, auditability, and user experience. It will set architecture patterns and roadmaps, guide implementation decisions, and partner with technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain target-state IAM architecture, reference patterns, standards, and technology roadmap
• assess identity capabilities and recommend improvements
• design integration across governance, privileged access, MFA, secrets, directories, applications, and security tools
• establish patterns for human and non-human identities
• guide identity lifecycle, access, federation, and application integration decisions
• provide Azure and AWS identity architecture guidance
• translate requirements into architecture decisions and transition plans
• review designs for least privilege, resiliency, supportability, and auditability
• maintain architecture documentation
• support identity-risk remediation and advise on monitoring and incident response.
